Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and professional Package Delivery Riders to support delivery operations within Lagos. Successful candidates will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of packages while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages within assigned locations.
- Ensure packages are handled safely and delivered in good condition.
- Follow assigned delivery schedules and route plans.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
- Confirm deliveries through required documentation or digital platforms.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Must own or have access to a reliable motorcycle.
- Valid rider’s permit and other relevant documentation.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and navigation.
- Ability to use smartphones and delivery applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Previous delivery or logistics experience is an advantage.
Compensation
Commission-based earnings.
Income is determined by the number of successfully completed deliveries.
