Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, food safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

This role offers the opportunity to influence product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead all quality assurance, food safety, and environmental programs

✔ Develop and implement Quality Management Systems and standards

✔ Drive HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22001, KORE, and regulatory compliance

✔ Lead quality audits, CAPA initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

✔ Manage consumer complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective actions

✔ Support product commercialization and validation activities

✔ Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and environmental regulations

✔ Deliver quality and food safety training across the organization

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field
Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing
Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Systems, ISO9001, FSSC 22001, and quality management principles
Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
