Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Risk & Control Manager to strengthen our risk management, internal control, and audit framework.
This strategic leadership role will provide independent risk oversight, drive operational excellence, and support executive decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and execute the annual audit and risk management plan
✔ Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments
✔ Design and monitor internal controls across business functions
✔ Lead operational and financial audits
✔ Identify control gaps and implement corrective actions
✔ Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
✔ Support crisis management and incident response planning
✔ Drive continuous improvement of risk and governance processes
Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of audit and risk management experience
Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, or ACCA required
CIA, CISA, CFE, or related certifications are advantageous
Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and risk frameworks
Experience leading financial and operational audits
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
