Job Title: Account and Administrative Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: GM

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records, bookkeeping, petty cash, and financial transactions.
Prepare client invoices, monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and process vendor payments.
Prepare financial reports, cash flow summaries, budgets, and support statutory tax and regulatory compliance.
Administer payroll, staff records, leave schedules, employee documentation, recruitment support, and general personnel matters.
Manage office administration, procurement, inventory, contracts, correspondence, and record keeping.
Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager, including preparation of reports, meeting coordination, and follow-up on key action items.
Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, staff, and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor operational expenses, support project administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining quality standards, client satisfaction, and overall business efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting and administration, preferably within a facility management, real estate, or service-oriented organization.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good knowledge of payroll administration, tax compliance, and office management practices.
