Dental Customer Service Representative Required

Location: Okota, Lagos

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient bookings and ensuring exceptional patient care through effective communication and rapport-building.

Job Summary:

– Convert a minimum of 90% of enquiries into booked appointments
– Handle patient calls, emails, and social media enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
– Manage patient communications across all platforms
– Ensure high patient satisfaction and conversion rates

Responsibilities:

– Answer patient enquiries and book appointments
– Build rapport with patients to ensure clinic retention
– Manage patient records and communications
– Meet and exceed conversion targets

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (dental experience an advantage)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Goal-oriented and driven to achieve high conversion rates
