Job Title: Human Resource Officer – Agro Farm
Location: Elele, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and employee welfare.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
Support workforce planning and HR operations to improve productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
Experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and Nigerian Labour Laws.
Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be an added advantage.
Must be willing to relocate and work full-time in Elele, Rivers State.
