Kolawole Dopamu & Co is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities within our dynamic legal practice.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting lawyers and administrative staff, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and maintaining efficient internal communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the firm.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, client correspondence, and front-desk inquiries professionally.
  • Organize, file, and maintain legal documents, case files, and confidential records (both physical and digital).
    Schedule meetings, client appointments, court dates, and internal calendars.
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, legal correspondence, and official documents.
  • Support document filing, photocopying, scanning, and record management.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, dispatch services, and general logistics.
  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally while ensuring excellent client service.
  • Assist with compliance, recordkeeping, and general office administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information at all times.
