We’re Hiring: Relationship Officer (Field Sales & Onboarding)
Location: (Lagos: Agboju, Mushin, Ajah)
Compensation: Basic Salary, Conveyance Allowance + Performance Incentives
We are looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire and onboard new customers
* Complete and verify KYC documentation
* Drive GMV, product adoption, and portfolio growth
* Build strong customer relationships through regular field visits
* Monitor repayments and escalate risks where necessary
* Share market insights and activity reports
Requirements:
* 1–3 years experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
* Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
