Job Title: Electrical Technician / Farm Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize the electrical infrastructure at our commercial agricultural farm in Elele. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, maintaining processing machinery, and managing farm automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and troubleshoot farm power grids, heavy-duty industrial generators, and solar power installations.
· Oversee the electrical maintenance of agricultural machinery, processing plants, irrigation pumps, and automated feeding systems.
· Diagnose electrical faults swiftly to minimize operational downtime on the farm.
· Design and implement routine preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical installations.
· Ensure all electrical work complies with Nigerian safety standards and factory regulations.
· Supervise junior technicians and farm craftspeople.
· Advise management on electrical equipment, repairs, replacements, and improvements where necessary.
· Work closely with farm, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted farm activities.
· Perform any other electrical-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
· B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 3–6 years of hands-on experience large-scale agricultural environments.
· Strong expertise in three-phase power systems, control panels, PLCs, and generator synchronized systems.
· Professional certification (e.g., COREN or NSE membership) is a strong advantage.
· Willingness to work on-site in a rural/farm environment in Elele.
