SALES REPRESENTATIVE / FIELD MARKETER
Job Title: Sales Representative / Field Marketer
Industry: Fashion E-commerce / Retail
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, depending on the schedule
Gender Preference: Female
Preferred Age: 25–30 years
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative / Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will attend to customers at the store, promote products, generate leads through field marketing, and drive sales growth. Candidates with digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design skills will have an added advantage.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Attend to customers at the store and provide excellent customer service.
* Promote and sell products to walk-in customers and prospective buyers.
* Conduct field marketing activities to attract new customers and generate sales leads.
* Identify potential customers and build relationships to increase sales.
* Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
* Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
* Assist with social media management, content creation, and product promotion.
* Create basic marketing designs using Canva and assist with simple video editing.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and leads generated.
* Meet assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
*Requirements and Qualifications*
* HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Relevant sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to generate leads, attract customers, and close sales.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
* Familiarity with Canva, content creation, and basic video editing.
* Confidence in approaching potential customers and conducting field marketing activities.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* An interest in fashion, retail, and e-commerce is an advantage.
