Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Real Estate Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, sourcing potential buyers and tenants, managing property listings, and driving sales and rental transactions. The successful candidate must possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to close deals and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Marketing and Promotion

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties.

· Create and manage property listings across various online and offline platforms.

· Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits for prospective clients.

· Promote properties through social media, networking events, referrals, and other marketing channels.

· Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect property features and benefits.

2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition

· Identify and source potential buyers, investors, and tenants.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

· Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

· Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active clients.

· Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.

3. Property Sales and Rentals

· Facilitate the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties.

· Conduct negotiations between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants.

· Guide clients through the sales or leasing process from inquiry to closing.

· Prepare and present property proposals to prospective clients.

· Ensure sales and rental targets are consistently achieved.

4. Property Search and Management Support

· Source suitable properties that align with client requirements.

· Conduct market research to identify available properties and investment opportunities.

· Assist in managing property portfolios and maintaining accurate records.

· Coordinate property inspections, viewings, and handover processes.

· Liaise with property owners regarding property availability and updates.

5. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.

· Provide professional advice on property investments, market trends, and opportunities.

· Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process.

6. Market Research and Reporting

· Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth.

· Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, client engagements, and market insights.

· Provide recommendations to improve marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to generate leads and close sales transactions.

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms.

· Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Professional appearance and presentation skills.
