Role Summary
Sunola Foods Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Account Officer with a minimum of three (3) years relevant accounting experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hold a valid ICAN certification.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance-related role
ICAN certification is mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling advanced Excel functions and reporting
Good analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Monitor receivables, payables, and other financial transactions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Generate periodic financial and management reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management
