• Assist in monitoring and maintaining office buildings, facilities, and company
properties.
• Support facility inspections and report maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and service providers on facility-related activities.
• Assist in managing office space allocation and estate records/documentation.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general environmental standards within the facility.
• Support rent, utility, and property administration processes where applicable.
• Assist in preparing reports, inventories, and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management,
Engineering, or related field.
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Basic knowledge of facility or property management principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and within a team. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
