Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the full property sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site inspections, closing deals, and ensuring seamless client experience from inquiry to property allocation and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert high-quality leads through digital marketing, referrals, and field activities
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
Conduct and coordinate site inspections for prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
Negotiate and finalize property transactions
Ensure completion of all client documentation and payment processes
Collaborate with internal teams on property allocation and transaction execution
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
Support and guide junior sales team members where required
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development (real estate preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
KPIs
Monthly revenue target achievement
Lead generation and conversion rates
Number of site inspections and deals closed
Client satisfaction and referral rate
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: ₦300,000 monthly (subject to review after 3 months)
Commission:
10% (outright) / 7% (payment plan) on self-generated deals
3% (outright) / 1.5% (payment plan) on company-provided leads
1% override on team sales
