ABOUT THE COMPANY
Bespoke Urban Luxury Ltd is recruiting a commercially minded, confident and target-driven Sales Executive to join its team in Abuja. We are looking for a professional who understands proactive selling, effective client engagement, consistent follow-up and deal closure. The successful candidate will be committed to meeting sales targets, developing new business opportunities and converting prospects into paying clients. Prior real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales Generation and Deal Closure: Identify prospective customers, initiate sales conversations, present relevant offerings and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Source new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital platforms, social media and other effective sales channels.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term engagement.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Communicate the value of the company’s offerings, address client concerns, handle objections and negotiate professionally to secure sales.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet assigned company and individual sales targets.
• Pipeline and Follow-Up Management: Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects, respond promptly to enquiries and actively progress potential deals towards closure.
• Market Research: Monitor customer preferences, market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities to support sales growth.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, sales activities, conversions and completed transactions.
• Digital Sales and Networking: Use LinkedIn, social media and professional networks to identify prospects, generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with management and relevant team members to support sales initiatives, improve conversion rates and achieve business objectives.
• Professional Representation: Maintain a polished appearance and represent Bespoke Urban Luxury Ltd professionally during client meetings, property presentations and other business engagements.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of verifiable experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a closely related commercial role.
• Proven record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Previous real estate sales experience is an added advantage, particularly in prospecting for property buyers, conducting property viewings, negotiating with clients and closing property transactions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prospect independently, generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Strong follow-up, relationship management and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness, initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
• Professional presentation, good personal grooming and business-appropriate dressing.
• Proficiency in the use of smartphones, email, social media and digital communication tools for sales activities.
• A degree, HND or other relevant qualification is an advantage, but proven sales ability and relevant experience are key considerations.
LOCATION AND AVAILABILITY
• Candidates must currently reside in Abuja or its immediate environs and be able to commute reliably to the office.
• Candidates must be available to resume immediately.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Monthly Salary: ₦100,000 to ₦150,000, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated capability.
• Sales Commission: 5% on every successful sale, subject to the company’s commission policy and applicable payment terms.
