Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the company’s sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, responding professionally and courteously.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and provide accurate information to customers.
Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
Provide basic support to customers, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate complex matters where necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships that promote customer loyalty.
Follow established communication procedures, company policies, and service standards while maintaining a positive brand image.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and close sales where appropriate.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of SSCE, OND
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
