JOB TITLE: Human Resource Officer – Agricultural Farm
Location: Elele, Rivers State (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer to manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, HR documentation, staff welfare, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resource functions and operations.
Experience in farm operations will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
