Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Provide accurate information about products and services.
– Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
– Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
– Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
– Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, BSC or equivalent qualification.
– Must possess an android phone of at least 3GB RAM
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
– Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
– Previous call center, telesales, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
– Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
