Key Responsibilities
Lash Services
Apply eyelash extensions using classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume techniques (as trained).
Perform lash lifts, tints, removals, and aftercare consultations.
Assess natural lash health and recommend suitable styles and lengths.
Ensure precise, safe, and hygienic application techniques.
Client Care & Consultation
Conduct thorough client consultations, including intake forms and allergy checks.
Provide personalized recommendations based on eye shape, lash health, and client preferences.
Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and refill schedules.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
Operational Duties
Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Follow all health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
Track appointment times, maintain punctuality, and manage client records.
Sales & Product Knowledge
Recommend lash-safe retail products and add-on services.
Support sales goals by upselling treatments such as brow services or lash removals.
Professionalism & Teamwork
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with lash trends and techniques.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
Uphold salon/spa brand standards and service protocols.
