- Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, mask therapies, LED therapy, and other skincare services based on training and certification.
Evaluate client skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure safe and optimal results.
Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room at all times.
Follow all health, safety, and infection-control standards.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after each service.
Assist with scheduling, client check-ins, and administrative tasks as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the spa/clinic brand.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Attend ongoing training and stay updated with industry trends and certifications.
Qualifications
Required
Valid state license/certification as an Aesthetician or Esthetician.
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment techniques.
Preferred
Experience in a spa, salon, dermatology, or medical spa environment.
Training in advanced or medical-grade treatments (e.g., lasers, microneedling) if applicable.
Retail or product sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
