Jomav Homes and Properties is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the real estate market. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and turning initial leads into loyal, long-term clients.

What You Will Do
– Drive Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities.
– Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and sustain high-quality relationships with both potential leads and existing clients.
– Market Strategy: Analyze current market trends and pivot sales strategies to keep the company highly competitive.
– Pitch & Close: Utilize excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to convert prospects into successful partnerships.

Required Qualifications
– 1+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
– HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
