We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare customer service reports as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and spreadsheet management.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualification of OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field.
