Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Trade Officer to support digital trading operations and ensure seamless transaction processing. The ideal candidate will manage digital trade activities, assist customers with enquiries, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
Female candidates are most preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure the accuracy of digital records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical challenges where necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of all digital trade activities.
Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with the organization’s financial policies and operational procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Support the onboarding of customers onto digital platforms and services.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
