We are currently seeking a highly motivated Volunteer Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to join our team and help scale our affiliate marketing efforts.
Role Overview
As our Volunteer TAM, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach by recruiting and managing a network of affiliate marketers and influencers. You will source passionate promoters (especially for our books on Selar) and ensure they remain active and productive. This is a remote, flexible volunteer role with a clear pathway to paid positions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and recruit affiliate marketers and influencers who are open to promoting digital products (especially books) on commission.
Onboard new affiliates professionally by providing them with necessary resources, unique tracking links (generated by the founder), and promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to keep them motivated and engaged.
Monitor affiliate performance through weekly activity reports, engagement metrics, and sales contributions.
Ensure affiliates meet minimum targets (e.g., at least 10 sales per month after the initial probation period) and implement strategies to improve underperformers.
Maintain an organized database of affiliates, their performance, and recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to align recruitment with overall business goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and network performance.

Clear growth pathway:
3-month initial probation focused on building your pipeline.
After 8 months of consistent impact and strong contributions, transition to a monthly stipend.
After 1 full year, high-performing individuals will be offered full employment with a generous salary (₦100,000 – ₦150,000 or more, depending on impact).
