Are you proactive, confident, and results-driven with a passion for loan recovery? We are looking for a Loan Collection Officer to join our growing team in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments
Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND BSc.
Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage
Must own an Android phone
Good communication and negotiation skills
