JOB DESCRIPTION: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Representative* to drive customer acquisition, generate sales, and increase revenue within assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new customers, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and closing sales.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas.
* Consistently close sales and convert prospects into paying customers.
* Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Follow up on leads and customer enquiries to improve conversion rates.
* Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
* Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within approved guidelines.
* Collect and provide relevant market and competitor information.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
* Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.
* Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
*Requirements*
* Minimum of **WAEC/SSCE**.
* Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food sales, retail sales, or a related role is an advantage.
* Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting customers.
* Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
* Must be proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.
