Job Title: ICT Instructor (School Programs)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State (with deployment to partner schools)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, patient, and enthusiastic ICT Instructor to teach technology-related subjects to students in our partner schools. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, inspire students to develop digital skills, and represent our organization professionally while working within assigned schools.

The ideal candidate should enjoy teaching, communicate effectively with children and teenagers, and have a solid understanding of basic computer applications. Knowledge of programming, robotics, AI, or other emerging technologies is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Teach ICT and digital literacy lessons in assigned schools.
Prepare lesson plans, class notes, and practical exercises.
Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions.
Train students on Microsoft Office applications and internet safety.
Introduce students to coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, and other digital skills where applicable.
Supervise practical computer laboratory sessions.
Assess students through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Ensure computers and other teaching equipment are properly handled.
Submit weekly and monthly teaching reports.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training organized by the company.
Represent the organization professionally in all partner schools.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Education, or a related discipline.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is required.
Experience
Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience teaching children or teenagers is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
Candidate will be deployed to one or more partner schools.
Monday to Friday.
Occasional Saturday training or special events may be required.
Candidate must be willing to resume work at any assigned school within the approved location.
