We are recruiting a Brand Communications & Influencer Relations Lead to drive brand visibility, reputation, and customer engagement for RLG Cosmetics. The successful candidate will develop brand communication strategies, manage influencer relationships, and oversee campaigns that strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand communication strategies across all customer touchpoints.
Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Create compelling brand stories that communicate the company’s values and products.
Develop communication plans for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and corporate announcements.
Monitor brand reputation and respond appropriately to customer feedback and brand-related issues.
Build and manage relationships with influencers, beauty creators, media partners, and brand ambassadors.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Oversee content calendars and supervise content creation across marketing channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Beauty Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.
