We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to drive business growth through sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and digital marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting customer retention, and promoting products and services through both field sales activities and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, site visits, referrals, and industry networking
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders
• Conduct regular client visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales enquiries
• Manage digital marketing and sales channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business
• Respond to customer enquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into sales opportunities
• Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operational teams
• Monitor customer accounts and support receivables follow-up when necessary
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
• Support tender submissions, pre-qualification processes, and business development initiatives
• Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or a technical product environment
• Experience in concrete, cement, construction materials, engineering services, or industrial sales is an added advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales tracking tools
• Strong networking, prospecting, and business development capabilities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills
• Active professional presence on LinkedIn and familiarity with WhatsApp Business
