Human resources executive

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for company’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll administration and benefits management.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist in implementing performance management initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel data.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Assist with disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
