About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing fashion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the fashion market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fashion industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance brand visibility
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in fashion or retail)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of the Lagos fashion market is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
