Responsibilities
– Overseeing and supervising the tailoring team to ensure smooth daily production
– Managing all aspects of the production process from conception to final delivery
– Enforcing the company’s quality control policies and procedures
– Reviewing, comparing, and approving materials, products, and services for procurement
– Setting and tracking production timelines to ensure orders are delivered on schedule
– Identifying production bottlenecks and resolving them efficiently
– Maintaining accurate production records and reporting to management
Qualifications
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion supervisory role or related.
– Hands-on tailoring experience/knowledge is required
– Experience in bespoke/made-to-measure production specifically
– Ability to read and interpret technical sketches and pattern instructions
– Strong knowledge of fabric types, quality, and sourcing
– Good knowledge of the local and international fashion market
– Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to meet targets and deadlines
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
– Good communication skills — able to liaise effectively between the production team and management.
– Good work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
Salary Range
₦130,000 — ₦150,000
