About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our fast-food restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Promote menu items, specials, and upsell products to increase sales
Handle customer orders accurately (in-person and/or via phone/online)
Maintain a strong understanding of the menu to guide customer choices
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Meet daily and weekly sales targets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales/front-of-house area
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
Basic numeracy and ability to handle transactions
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
Salary: #35000
