Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos | Company: MySuccess Hire Outsourcing
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of the principal. Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics. Handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Running errands and providing general administrative support. Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts. Preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage. Residing in Lagos or willing to relocate.
