Zeriel Hire Outsourcing is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, run errands, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You will also assist with research, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and a professional, can-do attitude. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage.
