You will lead partnerships that position WeBuy as a core employee benefit, delivering affordable food access, flexible payment plans, and measurable welfare impact.
You will own go-to-market execution, partnership development, and revenue growth for WeBuy
WeBuy is a workforce food access and procurement platform built on Kitovu’s commodity
infrastructure. Its mission is simple: enable salaried workers to access foodstuff and groceries at wholesale prices, with flexible payment options, while ensuring farmers and suppliers are paid upfront.WeBuy works by partnering with:
Employers and HRTech platforms as a staff welfare and retention benefit
Financial institutions to enable structured, low-risk payment plans
Kitovu’s farmer and storage network to source food directly at scale
By eliminating multiple layers of middlemen, WeBuy lowers food costs for workers, improves
food security, and stabilizes demand for farmers.
