We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience in business operations, strategy, and market analysis. The trainee will rotate across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of business functions and contribute to the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to understand business operations, policies, and workflows.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist in developing business strategies, proposals, and reports.
- Work closely with different departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and assisting in client management.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare reports for management review.
- Learn and implement industry best practices to drive business growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
