JOB TITLE: Office Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling tasks with efficiency and accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
– Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
– Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Perform other administrative tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
– OND/ HND / Bachelor Degree
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy
