Job Summary:
We are looking for a trustworthy and attentive Cashier to handle customer transactions, manage cash and payment systems, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform daily cash reconciliation
Provide prompt and polite service to guests and customers
Keep the cashier area clean and organized
Assist with basic record keeping and report discrepancies
Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth front-end operations
Requirements:
OND in any related field
Previous experience in a cashier or customer-facing role is an advantage
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and honesty
Good communication and interpersonal skills
