JOB TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER(TECH)
COMPANY: 1Techlink Limited
LOCATION: Sabo, Yaba, Lagos.
REPORTING TO: Chief Vision Officer and Chief Technology Executive
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time Onsite- 8am-5pm (NO OPTION FOR REMOTE OR HYBRID)
SALARY:180,000- 250,000(net)

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Products Manager ensures the group’s vision and mission are effectively communicated and executed across all departments. This role drives product strategy, oversees performance monitoring, and coordinates cross-company projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Performance Management
• Ensure the vision and mission of the group of companies are clearly communicated and implemented across all departmental heads.
• Facilitate synergy among departments to drive organizational objectives and maintain strategic coherence.
• Establish performance monitoring and management frameworks to track departmental progress and ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure success and identify areas of optimization.
Product Strategy & Execution
• Define and implement the product strategy, roadmap, and features in alignment with the organization’s business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and enhancements that contribute to product success.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to market release and subsequent iterations.

Project Management & Cross-Company Coordination
• Act as the primary coordinator for projects emerging across all companies within the group.
Establish standardized project management processes to ensure efficiency and timely execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across different departments.
• Identify risks and obstacles early and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, departmental heads, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide regular reports on product performance, departmental effectiveness, and project status to the Chief Business Executive.
• Advocate for customer-centric product decisions while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.

SKILLS
• User Testing & Feedback Analysis: Running usability tests, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real-world use.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum or other agile frameworks for managing product development.
• Stakeholder Management: Managing expectations, balancing priorities, and aligning different teams to a shared goal.
• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and risk to ensure successful product delivery.
• Technical Understanding: Not necessarily coding, but understanding how tech stacks, APIs, and systems work to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Product Vision & Strategy: Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Skilled in conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and identifying customer needs.
