JOB OVERVIEW:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EduTech Sales Executive to lead initiatives that drive enrollment growth, build strategic partnerships, and promote our programs to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech education landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and strategic marketing.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Strategic Growth and Enrollment

ü  Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attract prospective students and meet enrollment targets.

ü  Analyze student enrollment trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

ü  Promote and sell our tech training programs to individual and institutional prospects

ü  Identify, generate, and actively follow up on new leads and enrollment opportunities

ü  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

ü  Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and long-term engagement

 

·         Partnership Development

ü  Identify, approach, and nurture partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, community-based organizations, and government agencies to promote the academy’s offerings.

ü  Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and reach.

 

·         Marketing and Campaign Execution

ü  Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) that highlight the academy’s tech and professional courses.

ü  Oversee the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach activities to increase visibility.

 

 

·         Market Research and Opportunity Identification

ü  Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and student preferences to guide program development.

ü  Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new markets and recommend opportunities for business growth and diversification.

 

·         Representation and Public Engagement

·         Reporting and Performance Tracking

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

·         Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales within the education, Edu-tech, or training sector.

·         Proven success in developing partnerships, executing campaigns, and driving growth initiatives.

·         Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, digital skills training, and workforce development trends.

·         Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
