Role Overview
The ICT Officer is responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms. The role ensures system reliability, data security, compliance, and seamless IT service delivery across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and digital platforms
• Oversee live streaming and digital content delivery for events
• Ensure website, email systems, and user accounts function effectively
• Implement IT security measures including firewalls and backups
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Support system updates, upgrades, and data protection processes
• Coordinate IT support, training, and user assistance
• Maintain IT asset inventory and vendor relationships
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or systems management
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent preferred
• Strong experience in digital platforms, networking, and IT operations
• Proven ability to manage IT systems in structured environments
