JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₦200,000 per month, depending on KPI and target achievement
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded Marketing Executive to promote energy solutions, generate leads, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate should be confident in marketing and sales, able to identify potential customers, communicate the value of energy solutions effectively, and work towards agreed sales and performance targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s energy solutions.
Identify and generate new leads and potential customers.
Promote products and services to prospective customers through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Attend customer meetings and make product presentations when required.
Work towards agreed sales, marketing, and customer acquisition targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Work closely with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing is an advantage.
Interest or experience in the energy, power, solar, or related industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet agreed targets.
PERFORMANCE & COMPENSATION
Salary: ₦200,000 per month.
Compensation is subject to KPI and target achievement.
Performance will be evaluated based on agreed marketing and sales KPIs.
The role requires commitment to achieving assigned business and sales targets.
