Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, managing invoices, running official errands, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The candidate must be computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
*Key Responsibilities*
Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
Prepare, manage, and organize invoices and other office documents
Run official company errands when required
Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record keeping
Support coordination of office activities and operations
Manage correspondence, emails, and basic reports
Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are properly monitored
Assist management with scheduling and other administrative duties
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations
*Requirements*
Must be a graduate (HND/B.Sc.)
Previous experience in an administrative role is required
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
