Position: Estate Security Manager
Location: Westend Estate Ikota Lagos.

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Estate Security Manager to oversee the security operations of our residential estate. This is a full-time position suited to a dedicated individual with a strong background in security management and team leadership.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
– Manage and supervise the estate’s 3rd party Security Company, CCTV monitoring personnel and Estate Mobile Police men (Mopol) as well as the Estates’s day-to-day security operations.
– Monitor and Appraise the estate’s 3rd party Security Company, CCTV monitoring personnel and Estate Mobile Police men (Mopol) to ensure high performance, professionalism and adherence to their SLA and the estate’s SOP.
– Develop and Enforce the estate’s security protocols and emergency response procedures.
– Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of residents, estate staff, and property.
– Liaise with residents, estate management, and local authorities as needed.
– Maintain accurate records of incidents and access control breaches.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
– Proven experience in a security supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a residential or estate setting.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Sound knowledge of security technology, surveillance systems, and access control protocols.
– Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
– Relevant security certifications or qualifications
