Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Order Management: Efficiently relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Table Maintenance: Set up and clean tables, ensure a tidy and welcoming dining area, and manage table turnover.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not required. 
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
