Job Title: Property General Manager (with Marketing Experience)

Location: Magodo GRA Phase 2

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction and optimal property performance. The ideal candidate will also lead marketing efforts to increase occupancy and build brand awareness across our properties.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in property management.
• Demonstrated experience with property marketing and tenant acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and inspections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote vacant properties and attract high-quality tenants (including social media, online listings, flyers, and events).
• Conduct market research and recommend rental pricing strategies to stay competitive.
• Ensure properties comply with all local laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational forecasts.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor and optimize occupancy rates, tenant retention, and operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with real estate and marketing trends.
• And other designated duties.

Preferred Skills
• Experience managing both residential and commercial properties.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
