Job Title: Business Manager

Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and driven Business Manager to lead and streamline our operations. This person will play a key role in shaping the future of Brave Up Travels, overseeing daily business functions, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth execution of all our travel experiences and company goals.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations across departments (sales, marketing, finance, logistics)
• Work closely with the product team to build, refine and oversee travel packages, from adventure tours to corporate retreats, ensuring every experience aligns with Brave Up travels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, local tour guides and tourism boards to ensure smooth operations and reliable service delivery
• Lead project planning for upcoming travel campaigns and experiences.
• Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms with vendors accommodation providers and experience hosts, keeping margins strong while delivering value to clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations and company policies
• Liaise directly with clients to confirm bookings, provide travel documentation, answer questions, and offer personalized assistance pre-departure
• Develop short & long-term strategies to support growth, scalability and market expansion
• Ensure customer satisfaction by improving client communication, overseeing feedback channels and enhancing service delivery across all touchpoints
• Ability to liaise with Destination Management Companies for local expertise and deals
• Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, health and safety standards and insurance policies. Handle crisis management when needed (e.g. delays, cancellations, emergencies).
• Work with the marketing team to align business goals with campaigns, track ROI and support growth initiatives.
• Efficient in creating customer centric solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in hospitality or Tourism Management or any related field
• Proven experience in business management, operations, or a similar role (preferably in travel or hospitality)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial planning and project management
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for travel and innovation
• 5years experience in the travel industry

Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience launching or scaling a startup
• Speak multiple languages
• Have travelled extensively or worked in international settings
