The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations and staff, ensuring top-tier guest service across all departments. The role also includes leading marketing efforts to boost brand visibility, drive bookings, and enhance customer loyalty. A blend of hospitality and digital marketing skills is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Hotel Operations
Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments and services to ensure consistent high-quality guest experiences
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance across all units
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
🔹 Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase occupancy and revenue
Manage the hotel’s social media accounts and online presence
Create & promote offers, events, and packages in collaboration with the reservations team
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)
Maintain and grow relationships with booking platforms (OTAs), travel agents, & corporate clients
🔹 Financial & Strategic Management
Monitor daily operations budgets and expenses
Prepare regular reports on performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction
Work with management to set occupancy targets, rate strategies, and service upgrades
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online booking platforms
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency with hotel management systems and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
