🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Increase product visibility and sales in assigned markets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Ensure proper route planning and timely delivery (for van sales roles)
* Collect and report accurate market intelligence
🎓 Minimum Qualification
* O’ Level
* OND or its equivalent
* Proven experience in FMCG sales is a must
* Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
* Valid driver’s license (for driving positions)
